Key West Sunrise

 Woke up entirely to early this morning and decided to try and capture the sunrise. With all the storms moving in and out of the area this week, I didn't know if mother nature would cooperate. She did, just a little and presented us with a small showing through the clouds.

Not a lot has been going on here, just hunkering down through the storms. South Florida has been getting it's fair share, but we are not complaining as we sit here in our shorts and T-Shirts thinking, it could be snow!!! The weather is forecast to get better soon and we have a few activities lined up, so hopefully we'll have more to report. Until then, we'll just enjoy being here and doing a whole lot of nothing.     Thanks for the sunrise pictures, I've seen tons of KW sunsets but I've never been up that early to see a sunrise. I'm not a morning person anymore now that I've retired. ;c)

    You are lucky to have caught that Sunrise picture. After you get used to the Keys way of life you tend to sleep later.
